Position Description IT Asset Coordinator plans population of the asset DB, manages the asset DB and ensures regular housekeeping of the asset DB. Works to the overall objectives agreed with the IT Services RCVM Crew Lead; leads in the implementation of the IT Services Asset Management process . Ensure property issued to employees is properly recorded. Coordinate with the business management, quality control, and project planning and control to ensure adequate integration with project management systems. Inform the Project Manager and / or appropriate RBA Crew of changes affecting the status of government property. Coordinates with the functions of receiving, inspection, storing, issuing, safeguarding, preserving, using, sanitizing, and disposing of government furnished equipment. Makes daily warehouse runs to review inventory and bring required stock to local sites. Creates and publishes weekly inventory report. Oversees the coordination and notification of JRDC shipments to and from HSV. Creates and publishes weekly report to DXI from the Remedy Asset Database. Submit contractor reports and leverages automated capabilities for reporting purposes where none previously existed. Coordinates the maintenance, repair, RMA, and replacement of property. Facilities the processing of paperwork, reports, and disposes of excess property using automated capabilities and leverages automated capabilities where none previously existed. Enter the asset warranties and all required data will be entered into the CMDB which will become the DB of record for IT Services. Asset Management will coordinate with the proper Crew Leads on inventory and bench stock and will provide information to the crew leads for procurement.

Specific Requirements - Database management experience.
- Ability to lead the implementation of the IT Services Asset Management process.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities: Provide support to the Telecommunication Center Project Manager and/or Shift Supervisor to performed duties as described in the DEA Telecommunications Center Standard Operating Procedures and the AMHS Administration Guide. These duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for direct traffic management, software manipulations, system analysis, system configuration and system recovery for the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Outstanding customer service skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The candidate is a self starter with solid analytical and problem solving skills.

Description: Responsible for the performance of a relatively significant program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Oversees the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation within program client base. In charge of overall planning and directing of activities associated with the contract. Participates in program reviews and readjusts resources and schedules to accomplish programs, as necessary. Will also be responsible for the performance of multiple test, evaluation, and development programs under the auspices of the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground (EPG). EPG provides test and evaluation capabilities to the Army for C4ISR systems including system characterization, assessment, and experimentation. In addition to Ft. Huachuca EPG has operating locations at White Sands Missile Range, Fort Hood, Texas, Fort Bliss, Texas, Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and Fort Lewis, Washington. The successful candidate will oversee the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation across all facets and locations of the EPG. The successful candidate would be expected to integrate efforts at these distributed test sites in support of the EPG mission. This program area represents personnel experimental design, instrumentation development, modeling and simulation, rapid prototyping, software development, and electromagnetic environments. Additional program areas include engineering, logistics, systems analysis, quality control, test management and administration.
Education: Requires Bachelor's degree in a directly related technical or business field with a minimum of ten years of experience as a manager of complex systems engineering and/or testing efforts.
The ten years of experience must include managing personnel with similar personnel qualifications and personnel qualifications relevant to the contract job title. At least five years of managing similar Government contracts with comparable projects or activities in size and complexity.
The Director of Engineering & Test Programs must be capable of planning, directing, and coordinating the work activity of the technical personnel involved in all aspects of the contract. The Director of Engineering & Test Programs must be capable of integrating problem resolution into ongoing work without loss of work force efficiency.

23. Instructor Operator / Maintainer
Objective:
Instructor Operator Maintainer (IOM) must possess an extensive knowledge in US military tactics, which includes convoy operations and MRAP vehicle operations. A combat background is desired. IOM must understand Training Directives and Operations / Training Requirements in order to provide operation and support for the MRAP Egress Trainer (MET). Responsibilities for Overall Project Management:

• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary; Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and partner with Company Recruiter when necessary during project cycle to ensure client needs are being met.

Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and Masters Degree’s are preferred, A Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or similar is strongly preferred
Program Management experience & DAWIA certification is ideal

Experience in training operations and training development
Any relatable experience in Electronic Warfare (CREW and Counter IED Defeat device systems), or any electronic warfare knowledge or any testing experience
Experience in Acquisition Management and Logistics are a huge plus

Location:
The work site will be in our La Plata office as well as split time spent at Navy TechDiv Stump Neck (Indian Head, MD), about 12 miles from La Plata.

Travel:
