proposal across a wide variety of teams.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. This position will require an extensive project development role for
a variety of product areas, which may include MPLS (e.g. Private IP),

Management (IMP) process and IT release packaging planning. As new product
capabilities are defined, this position will have responsibility for
defining detailed, documented requirements, coordinating with operations to
validate those requirements, and then sponsoring the requirements documents
through both an Operations & Technology (O&T) impact assessment and planning
process, in addition the IT development process. While the IMP process is
primary for managing projects, there may also be the need to learn and use
other Verizon processes related to development.

3. This position will also be responsible for coordinating the
development of the product roadmap as part of a global product strategy.
This involves coordinating with counterparts in Europe and Asia to drive
product and feature development, ensuring consistent prioritization and
coordinated development to ensure the global capabilities are consistent and
seamless to the global Verizon Business customer. The requirements of
serving the global market are quite varied and supporting the different
groups requires diplomacy, an understanding of the different drivers, and
the ability to manage competing objectives. Interaction with the
international team requires flexibility with conference call meeting times
that may occasionally be in early morning or evening hours.
